Worried about a courageous conversation that you know you need to have? Talk to one or two people about it for an objective perspective. But who should you talk to? Firstly, someone you trust, who you know can keep this as a ‘cul-de-sac conversation’.

I have a reasonable home gym set up including a bench press. When I lie on my back I'm pressing a barbell up from my chest. At home I never pushed myself to my limit because it would be unsafe, whereas when I'm at a gym I will use a spotter to help me safely stretch what I'm capable of. The most ineffective spotters I have used over the years are those that start assisting me with the weight far too soon and affectively rob me of the opportunity to extend myself.

I've been dealing with numerous clients and associates who are really struggling with significant economic headwinds, including those who have been made redundant. So, I thought I'd share some of my thoughts, in the hope that it may literally give hope to some who are struggling with hopelessness (and hopefully you can sense the heart in these posts because they certainly haven't come from AEI (Artificial Emotional Intelligence)).
