Recently, towards the end of a leadership program, one of the manager’s made this comment: “That ‘Priority Hierarchy’ with the inverted triangle has been the most important learning for me throughout this course!” Although I developed this model intentionally to equip emerging leaders with a more appropriate priority framework when approaching courageous conversations, it has applicability to many more aspects of leadership.  

When you prioritize the business first, team second, and individuals third your perspective will be clearer and more objective.
